SquareSpace is ideal for designers, bloggers, musicians, photographers, wedding sites, etc.   Anyone that uses a lot of visual can benefit because of their sleek, polished and professional look of their templates.

SquareSpace Tools and Training

They have a fairly extensive series of video tutorials for their available tools. These were quite helpful, along with what they call a knowledgebase, which is like a FAQS section where you can find the answers to previous questions. This section also has short video tutorials.

SquareSpace Support

The support available is 24/7.  They have an email support where you can email your question and they answer within the hour or you can go with live chat for instant answers.  They do also have a forum available to get answers from the support team or other members.  And of course, the before mentioned Knowledgebase.

My Final Opinion of SquareSpace

If you are looking for ease of building a website and for a sleek, expensive, professional look, then I would say try SquareSpace for at least the 14 day trial.  Although, all their levels are a bit more expensive than the competition such as Wix, once you look at the templates you’ll see why.  It also lacks in the training and specifically the personal help in building your website compared to some others.  For the serious blogger, I feel they are still a far second to WordPress so you would need to consider your trade-offs and if it’s worth it.
